Best thing is you can prepare it with whatever is available at home. Skewers are open to any experiments. You can try fruits instead of vegetables to make a fruit skewers.You can make fruit skewers by using strawberry, grapes, watermelon, pineapple or any fruits.
You can spice up your seasoning with chat masala or whatever spices you like for fruit skewers.
Featured Ingredients for Seasoning:
Olive Oil (Heart Healthy)
Balsamic Vinegar
White Vinegar
Black Pepper
Salt (Table Salt, Pink Salt or Sendha Namak: whatever you like)
Mint Leaves for Garnishing (You can also use Coriander leaves or Basil)
Skewers for piercing (Ice cream sticks can also be used)
** All three are used in equal quantities**

Other Ingredients:
I used Mozzarella pearls, but we can use Small pieces of paneer or cheese.
