Trump aide Larry Kudlow admits U.S. will suffer from tariffs

China and the U.S. have appeared to reach a deadlock over trade negotiations with the U.S. raising tariffs on 200 billion U.S. dollars worth of Chinese goods. In an interview with Fox News, Larry Kudlow, head of the U.S. National Economic Council, admitted that "both sides will suffer" from the escalating trade dispute.
