While on my journey to a better lifestyle, I noticed one morning that my recycle bin was filled with milk jugs while the family of 5 next door to me only had one in their bin. It got me noticing how my counter tops are often full with empty milk jugs and made me wonder if drinking too much is attributing to my morbid obesity.
