Lake Toho Bass Fishing in the Summer... What do you do when it gets hot? SLOW DOWN. Sometimes it's best to stop overthinking it. Just tie on a big Texas rigged worm, and fish some outside grass lines. That's what we had to do on this hot summer day on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes. We started out with, what I thought was going to be, a good topwater bite. The sun quickly popped out, and there was no wind whatsoever. So, we hit some brush piles, some lily pads, and outside grass lines. We didn't catch a bunch of fish, but we caught a couple nice ones, and made the most of what we were presented with.
Have a safe Memorial Day Weekend! Remember those who gave their lives so we can do the things we do.... Bass Fishing!
