Iran dismisses the possibility of a new war

Iran has dismissed the possibility of a new war in the Gulf region, amid escalating tensions with the U.S. Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says Tehran does not want a conflict, and no country is under the "illusion that it can confront Iran." This comes as the U.S. has built up military presence in the Gulf and warned commercial airliners flying over the region to exercise caution.
