GROUND BEEF RELYENO RECIPE

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bulb garlic minced
2 tsp black pepper or 6 cranks of black pepper crusher
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (1/4 cup for ground beef and 1/4 cup after 1 cup of water is added)
3 medium Idaho potato cut in cubed
4 medium carrots cut in cubed
1 bell pepper (Any color bell pepper) cut in cubed
1 can garbanzo beans / chick-peas drained juice & washed
1 cup of water

Instructions
Heat the pan for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add 1 lb ground beef. Continue to stir ground beef and cook for 15 minutes or until brown.
Drained ground beef oil and separate cooked ground beef.
On the same pan add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Heat minced garlic for 10 seconds.
Add cooked ground beef with the minced garlic and stir together.
Add 2 tsp or 6 cranks of black pepper crusher.
Drizzle 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce and stir.
Add cubed carrots, cubed potatoes, and stir.
Add 1 cup of water (Spread evenly).
Set timer to 15 minutes to let carrots and potatoes soften.
Add cubed bell pepper and garbanzo beans when the timer hits 5 minutes.
The remaining 10 minutes let the bell pepper and garbanzo beans to cook.
Keep stirring or else the ground beef relyeno will get stuck in the bottom of the pan.
Add 1/2 cup of water (spread evenly) and stir together then wait for 10 seconds to let it simmer.
Add another 1/2 cup of water and stir again.
When the timer ends, drizzle 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce and stir again.
Transfer to a serving plate with rice to serve.
