A special device is attached on each machine or table to count of the number of operations Completed, Rejected and Okayed after mending/alteration.
The device has three buttons: Green, Red and Blue.
As soon as the Tailor completes one operation he will press the green button which will add to the count of “Actual” on the screen.
When the Garment Reaches QC table - the garment is checked – If OK he puts it in the OK pcs – If Some Defect is found QC sends it back to the Tailor for mending/alteration and Red Button is pressed on the tailor’s board which adds to the count of “Reject” on the screen.
After the Garments is “Altered” the PC is taken back by the QC after pressing the Blue button which adds to the count of “Rework” and OK pcs.
Live data will be sent to the Server or PC through WiFi router and updated in database in which Line No., SKU No., Operation and Target will be entered against the device ID’s when the SKU is loaded on the line and displayed on Screens. The screen will display Live Target Vs Actual Data:
Hourly, Cumulative production status, and performance/rejection % is displayed on TV Screens in front of each line, which encourages competition among tailors to outperform the other lines, thus increasing productivity.
