Chelsea News: Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri explains shock Eden Hazard exclusion from PFA team of the That’s according to Hazard’s manager Maurizio Sarri. The team, which was released yesterday by the PFA, included four Liverpool players, six City players and just one Manchester United player. The shock inclusion was United’s Paul Pogba, who many believe has been too inconsistent this season to warrant a place in the team ahead of Hazard. The Belgian has scored 16 goals and assisted 13 times this season, the most contributions to goals in the league. One more goal for Eden Hazard would make it is his best ever goal-scoring season at Stamford Bridge. And Sarri, who has been under immense pressure in west London for months, believes there’s no doubt that Hazard deserved to be included in the team. He also noted that his exclusion from the team, which is voted for by fellow players, is influenced by Liverpool and City, who are fighting it out for this year’s title. "I think that Eden deserved to be in the top XI of the Premier League. But I think, also, that at the moment the table is clear,” Sarri said in a news conference on Friday.  “There is City, there is Liverpool, and then the other teams. “And so I think the vote was influenced by the table."PFA Team of the year: Ederson (Manchester City); Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Aymeric Laporte (Manchester City), Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool), Andy Robertson (Liverpool); Paul Pogba (Manchester United), Fernandinho (Manchester City), Bernardo Silva (Manchester City); Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Sergio Agüero (Manchester City), Sadio Mané (Liverpool). Chelsea come up against United in a huge clash this weekend, with the winner putting themselves in good stead for qualification for next season’s Champions League. The Blues have been dismal away from home this season against the top six, losing games with city, Tottenham Liverpool and Arsenal, shipping 13 goals in the process.  Sarri explained the problems his side were having against the bigger teams away from home. "In the second part of the season, we played against the big six away and had only Tottenham at home,” he added. “It's not easy to gain points against City, United, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal away. “But we need to take a step forward because, in the second part of the season, away we lost too many matches.”
